If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 days and we'll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. Please make sure you select the appropriate sizing and quantity for your order.
Kav Technical Trading will accept, for return or exchange, products that are in new condition and free of any damages.
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Special Offer” are not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange. Additionally some products are not returnable due to their nature or other hygiene reasons.
The list of non-returnable products include : Safety Shoes, Respiratory Protection, Hand Protection, Head Protection, Hearing Protection, Eye Protection, Work Wear, Safety Helmets, Welding Workwear and PPE Items.
You should expect to receive your full refund within 14 days, once the product(s) have been received by Kav Technical Trading .
* If the packaging is incomplete or the product damaged, scratched, exchange or refund will not be applicable.
* Product must be returned with all the original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration card and warranty card.
* All purchases done through an online platform, which warrants returns, can be done by the customer bringing the items to Kav Technical Trading showroom on prescribed time or arranging a delivery company to deliver the goods to the Kav Technical Trading Showroom at the customers own expense. Kav Technical Trading will not collect items which can be transported by the customer himself.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
The General time for local delivery is around 3-5 Business Days depending on the number of orders we receive everyday.
Deliveries are subject to delays if information is incorrect / incomplete. Orders may be placed on hold if the bank raises concerns for authentication.
